      Went to this hearing centre today. Never used private health care before. This centre is very professional from the minute you walk in. The gentleman who greeted me was great and made me feel at ease, the colleague who did my ears was outstanding talked me through everything took real interest in what my problem.       Can't recommend highly enough, I had hearing aids from Specsavers on a trial but had nothing but problems with them , went to Grundys and saw Damian,he sorted me out with some Starkey ones, been excellent up to now !       I went to Grundy's because I was unhappy with the hearing aids I currently had. Damien was superb. I tried out a number of hearing aids in my price range but we could not find any suitable. After much discussion he suggested I go back to my local audiology department where I had obtained my national health hearing aids to ask them to increase the volume. There was no charge made for all the consultations I had had. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them. Thank you very much.

      Was greated by a very friendly person on reception.  No waiting time and could not fault the actual appointment which was for my mum.       Took a very anxious 10yrs old boy for earwax removal today. Stephen was great with Benjamin put him at ease and explained everything perfectly. In and out in 20mins, wonderful service.
