We had an appointment today for my wife’s wax removal. While there, I asked Steve about upgrading her Hearing Aids. Steve suggested a new Hearing Test first, because it has been a while since she had one. Then, we can see what our options are.The Service at Grundy’s is First Class! Professional and friendly. I would recommend them 100% and would not consider going any where else.They are located a few doors up the street from the Tram. Perfect location!!! 😀😀😀😀😀

Just had an appointment to remove some wax from my right ear. Very impressed by the high standard of service and cleanliness. Quick and efficient service. 5 stars all round.

My 6 year old was struggling with ear aches due to ear wax build up. Steve was amazing and put her at ease during the procedure. Problem was sorted within 15 mins. Thank you. Will defo use again if needed in the future.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. My 5 year old daughter had been waiting on the NHS for 6 months to have wax removed from hers ears which was causing her hearing problems and pain. We were then told it would be another 13 months wait.I am so relieved we found Grundy's. The lady on reception couldn't have been more helpful over the phone or welcoming on our arrival.Chris was brilliant with my daughter. He showed her inside her ears on the screen and talked her through every step of the process. She loved it. She wants to go back!Thank you so much for helping us and in such a wonderful way.

Chris has been fantastic with my 92 year old mum. Really put her at ease yet stayed very professional. Would thoroughly recommend (and have done). Far more attention than some of the larger Audiologists, or at least that's the way it feels.

I was suffering with badly blocked ear drums with impacted wax that had been there for many years. The service was impeccable pain free and very reassuring. Their professionalism was first class and I would recommend anyone with any hearing problems to pay them a visit You will not be disappointed
